What is torque
when input voltage low then motor input power reduced then input current also reduce due to v mention on motor^2/w mention on the motor=R then again V input to motor^2/R=new input power why you said input current increase &energy same consume!
Dear electrical dost..
You said when voltage decreases, current will increase ...but according to ohms law voltage is directly proportional to current right. For eg: if v-400v, r-200 ohm then I= v/r = 400/200 = 2amp and if v-440, r-200ohm then I= 440/200= 2.2amp..so in this example by decrease in voltage ,, current also decreases...
I am little confused... please explain me if u get ur precious time 🙏
The only explanation that I can think of is:
Suppose the motor is given 380 volts. The current will decrease at first. The load torque (load) is constant and the motor will try to do overcome the load torque even with reduced current eventually taking more current and thus heating up the motor.

You are right brother, current will reduced , but it depend on load percentage of load on motor. If motor is at no load then current will reduced as voltage reduced. If motor is not load , then at certain level current will start increase if load is above its new power of motor due to low volatge
Practical me Voltage kam hone pr Current increase hota hai Bro vaha power rating se calculation hota hai. P=I*V , Motor ko kam voltage pr chalate hai to automate Amper badh jata hai bcs of power rating Manage krna hai.
@@Jigar_patel07 not bro, i have also done it in practically. My 15 HP motor star delta timer stay always in star connection due to fault, then it take 7 Amp load , but after changing new timer it takes 10 Amp load due to delta mod. This is due to motor have load less han 50 percentage. So bro current will be high or low on variations in voltage depend on load connected
