It's not available anymore, but it was the Brock Lesner showcase model uploaded onto cc. It was taken down already. But it had his official model, moveset, Entrance trons, music, and commentary

That was way before the nonsense. I'm guessing they got Punk done(including the commentary rivalry with Brock)done way before. Damn they're quick....because Punk returned in November, past the cut off date and wasn't even planned as a DLC before his return and the Brock stuff came up in January.
