New Halloween Music 2017 with sound effects track 3

Halloween is almost here in 2017! Time to start jammin' to some scary tunes. This is track 3 of what will hopefully be a long series. Another slower beat tune with some sound effects for added appeal. This would make great porch music for trick or treaters on Halloween!
