I’ve had Ethiopian homies. That stuff taste good as hell. Some of the meals takes once or twice to actually appreciate the taste. Really good food Agent.
What did he say the ground beef is called? I am Haitian but I've had injera from my Ethiopian and Eritrean coworkers. They bring it to work and share it with us and it is always sooo good. All the Haitian employees love it lol. I've always wanted to try to make the beef (my Eritrean coworker used cubes of beef instead of ground beef) that goes on the injera but in the online recipes I found, they list ingredients that I don't know and don't know where to find. Plus I am not even sure if the recipes I found are even the for the beef since I don't know the traditional term for beef. That's why I need to know what he said the beef was called. If anyone can tell me where I can find the ingredients to prepare the beef and even drop the recipe (mild or spicy), that would be so helpful. I've asked my Eritrean coworker to show me how to make it many times but she thinks I am joking and just laughs.😩 My Ethiopian coworker could teach me but it's not practical because she lives far.
there are some spices u can find at an Ethiopian supermarket or grocery stores if u have one in your city.people also use homemade spiced butter for their dishes to make tibs or the kitfo dishes sometimes
