My best friend's had rabbits and he says that beyond their leg strength, their claws are like daggers. Honestly, it works best when given to as feisty a tomboy as Rumi Usagiyama.
Normal human legs have 3 to 5 times the power of our arms, now imagine this concept, for rabbits, who have extremely developed hind legs, scaled up to human size, it's not an overstatement that you could leap over building, or kick open steel doors.
Even if they weren’t at full strength, being able hold her own against 4 (the fifth was fighting Crust) and take one down for good is definitely a feat worthy of a hero in the top 5.

With every other mutation quirk, they’ve unlocked special abilities like Gang Orca using sonic waves, Tsu using camoflage, Hound Dog being a bloodhound. Miriko though? She’s like All Might, her power is simple and not neccesarily flashy on its own; she is just talented and hardworking enough to surpass most people. She’s also the only other top-tier hero apart from All Might with a quirk that only enchances her physical attributes, and that might make her the most naturally physically strong hero in the entire series considering all the other Top Ten heroes rely on flashy abilities that don’t come from physical power and the fact that All Might wasn’t born with his power.
I love how her arm gets ripped off while she’s running and that’s a mere foot-note among all the other things she endured to achieve her goal. What a legend.
Mirko took on multiple high end nomu and completed her mission best she could with a torn stomach, ankle, a missing arm and her leg’s impaled. Definitely an MVP of this arc

Mirko reminds me a lot of Zaraki Kenpachi when it comes to finding fun in fighting strong opponents, but where she deviates is that she doesn't put the thrill of the fight over her duty as a hero. She does what she needs to do to save people, and if there's a strong villain to fight she's more than eager to beat them to a pulp afterwards.

And her only quirk is Rabbit characteristics is nuts, the amount of work she would have had to put in to her body so that she isn't just quick and nimble but also has the raw power to compliment her quirk.
