No winifred okon! I think you perceived this from a wrong angle! That sandra is an argumentative person looking at other video, where she was making a suggestion to her Madam.
The fact that you are employed to be someone's PA or even Planner doesn't give you the right to impose your choice on the person. Regina is an adult who knows what she want, she is not a child, make your suggestion with respect and come up with a good reason.
That angry has been with Regina already, because if you had listen well you will hear Regina said, you too argue sandra and not everyone like such attitude. She is wrong to had pushed her into the pool but it maybe long anger together with pregnant.

Any sort of assult towards an employee is unacceptable. It's a crime! There are ways you can reproof without physically assaulting an employee. What if she drowns or hit her head and die on the spot? We should always learn to control our anger, and impulses to attack.

Regina is not a child she knows what she want! Hence, the sandra girl should learn how to respect her wish. The fact that she is Regina's PA, doesn't give her the right to make decisions for her.
The least she the sandra can do, is to suggest her choice and present her reasons to her Madam or employer. Then allow her make her own choice.
Additionally, Sandra should learn to know when her Madam says no and respect it! Instead of pushing too hard. Study your Madam and know what she likes and what doesn't so you can maintain your job.
Because i watched the video when she presented two wig to Regina; Regina pointed her choice, and you sandra was busy telling her no she should wear the other one, i.e. your own choice sandra, say you be who to tell her what to do?
