your advices are good. But 100% hike is too much. Its not a good advice and will not work at all time. People should always focus on good learning environment, work life balance, JOb guarantee job instead of 100% hike. Even though people learned the skill well and not performed well after the job with 100% hike there is lot of chances for firing and labeled as a fake. Instead of that we can switch job once in 3 years. Keep in mind getting a high pay in low experience also a risk in IT.

To everyone asking him to switch to IT field, just think twice. Dont go for lucrative domains. Tech jobs have slowed down and will be like that for next 2 years
Please be responsible before posting any comment.... Requirements are slowed down every domain.... Tech domain requirements are far better than others.....
@@manjunathv6690 Can you check that requirements data for past 10 half years? Many companies have removed entry level positions. If you give hope to someone to learn skills like devops, cybersecurity, etc. it is not good because there's literally no openings for freshers in these domains.

Govt job exams are even more competitive . They pay less also . Some one in Govt job earns the salary of mid level private jobs at retirement only . ISRO chair man salary is itself just 2.8 lakh per month and it is very hard to crack . In private this can be earned in product based company by young people .

If you want just get into IT fields with basic knowledge on windows and troubleshooting things, you can look for IT operations. It doesn't require you to learn new certifications like that but if you need start career in IT at this age, this is one of the way to go
