It’s a horrible idea that will be an embarrassing and humiliating flop. This is going to be another one of those classic trademark why the hell did we even start this in the 1st place Funko cluster fu/oops debacles we have all learned to love, cherish, and appreciate over the years. Why do something easy that works selling something that everybody likes when you can try doing all kinds of other stuff you know absolutely nothing about at the same time instead? GameStop will be telling Brian, yes obviously we sell games but we will not be selling your game👎👎

I doubt that it'll sell well, and based on the fact that we've heard almost nothing since it got announced, is a sign that it'll flop if not marketed well also barely anyone knows about funko pops their kind of a niche thing to want to make a video game about. Not to mention, this is coming from a new studio helmed by the founder of travellers' tails the same travellers tails who made the lego games but the difference with that is those are based on a popular brand and a name that everyone knows seriously how many people know of the name funko? they only know them for those figures nothing else

I think as a company you have to try new projects in order to remain relevant. HOWEVER there is a time to do that and with the current state of funko from the reduction in share pricing, the losses they have after facing, the failed projects they have done as of late, I feel they need to stay in their lane and fix some of the issues they have in front of their faces right now. Once you fix current issues, then look at doing something like this. It just feels like to me that they are crashing at straws and hoping they hit that home run.....

Lego dimensions where you go through different franchise multiverses was probably the best Lego game to date. Not too convoluted. Batman and Gandalf were the main characters
Didn’t know that, that’s cool! My son had a ton of the Lego Games and they were all single universe, Lego Star Wars Saga, Lego Marvel, Lego Batman Games etc. hopefully they can make this work!
@@KDogAndFish they also had mini figures you could scan into the game and use at anytime. If funko could implement that same feature to scan in your pops you own would be a fun idea.

I personally think the game will be good, but people will likely think it’s just a Lego clone without knowing it’s made by some of the same people.

Oh Patty .. maybe you're young. . Battlestar Galactica was a sci fi show from the 80s, very cool.. Cool ships, fun characters, laser battles, and Erin Gray as Wilma lol.
Actually I misspoke.. Erin Gray was in buck Rogers, not battlestar Galactica. My bad.
@@bryanyoung1397 sorry Brian but now I’m getting a little confused. I heard about Buck Rogers, but I never saw his show. Wasn’t he one of those undercover cops who would drive around in the talking car solving crimes back when most cars couldn’t talk yet, I’m pretty sure it was called Miami Vice. I’m pretty sure it was called Miami Vice or Miami vices or something like that, but don’t quote me on it, I don’t watch a lot of old shows like that because it just drives you crazy when you realize the entire story could’ve been wrapped up in five minutes if they had an iPhone. Have you ever heard of this really old show called threes company? Supposedly, it was really funny, these old ladies that come into the diner I work at for the early bird special. Every night are always telling me. I remind them of Janet from threes company, hopefully, it’s a compliment, LMAO.

I don’t think funko should be making anything until they fix there other issues.. they been screwing up with stickers at con terrible customer service with there exclusives they doing nft for basic stuff now it’s all just a money grab and for me if you can’t get stickers right on funko pops you shouldn’t be working on a game
