Since you received the electoral material Las year June 2023 to conduct the election so what stop you from conducting the election last year since you received material for the election. And you still waited this year 2024 when supreme court pass ruling recently to conduct the election, so if supreme court haven't rule on it , you will still not have plans to conduct the election this October 😅😅
