I've lived here for 70 years,in the same house since 57. On the Northside. We were happy when it first opened because it was the only game in town. Before, we had to go to Northline .
the owner is supposed to board them up , and then tear them down and either sell the land or build a new apartment building . The owner is responsible for whatever happens on this horrible property. Cheapskate landlords . so cheap
