Hey my girl the catfish looks great to me Iike mine dark cook so that was perfect for me. And I agree with you also homemade French fries are the best to. Thank you sweetheart. It was my first time frying catfish. It was trickier than I thought lol. The first one I fried turned out great but the rest burned even though I didn’t overfry any of the pieces. But I might have used too much cornmeal 😜💖💖💖
@@RUFY Aah. Well, it seems like the oil got too hot after the first piece. Sometimes you have to lower the heat a little bit to maintain the correct frying temperature.
But overall, great job!
