Love this video!!!! The song perfectly depicted the dark confusing side of John Mcbain. I think John was head over heels in love with Evangeline! He loved that Brown honey, but John had some deep issues, plus he couldn't let go of his past with Caitlyn, his father, and Natalie. He covered up his insecurities by needing to be the hero. Natalie fed that need. She knew what she was doing. She kept John on a leash, and whenever John tried to distance himself, Natalie yanked that leash by making him feel guilty about his background growing up and for the death of Christian. Natalie wasn't even the love of his life. Caitlyn was. But, Evangeline was his true soulmate. Jovan fan forevah!
Watching this imo shows the Evangeline had John under Her control in spite of Natalie......He do not like for Her to be upset......He gets flustered and wanna make amends.....U see how He goes after Her.....He did not want the breakup. He wasn't into RED like He was with Evangeline......RED got Him thinking that He wasn't good enough for Van.....But Van saw Him as a real man that check all the boxes that She could love and be happy with Him for the long haul. She had the power. Even though they did went their separate ways John didn't want Her to give up on Him.....but what they did had just wasn't enough for Her.....She want that change.....Damned the writers, EP and ABC. 3/2024
Natalie should have known when she walked in John's office that John was not over Van even with all her tricks!!! John/Me acknowledged he has not given up on Van and they reunite as a couple!!!
I agree temigirl, Why did the writers want to place Nataliewith JOHN when it did not work out any!!!! John /Natalie had nothing in common. JOVAN was everything!!!!!
Whaaaat! McBain collabo with Snoop Dog!!.....well, well, well. John needs to straight STOP that pimpin' and settle down with ma gurl! lol....awesome vid and yea I believe John's tellin the truth! Michael's intro was hot too. lol
why yall let him treat her this way on this show od not real anyway....because a true black woman would never let a white man play with her feeling with no white girl...do unrealistic.
No woman would put up with Natalie's drama and she would have made him put her in her place asap. Also a woman knows when a man is interested in her and wants to be with her and only her. No one has to pound that into her. So I don't know why they made such a big deal out of him saying I Love you to her. I feel they wanted REG off the show some how.
