hi binfy, my mom recently passed away in february from a heart attack which left her in a coma for a few days, i understand how incredibly hard it is to deal with someone so close to you being in such a worrying state, i hope your mom gets better and i hope you know that its normal to feel this way.

Much respect for being such a supportive person binfy, i pray for your mom that everything turns out to be okay and no more worries are going to be present. It is no problem that you have not uploaded and you have made the better choice to focus on your family rather than content. I partially feel the stress and mental struggles as i have lived through a similar experience with my dog battling Lymphoma, i really hope your mom beats that dreaded illness. much hope to you and your mom

Cancer's very prominent in my family, my Pop died from it, my Nan miraculously survived stage 3 and my Mum survived stage 1.
The grief of losing someone to cancer isn't really something you get over, my Pop died 11 years ago now and I still think about him and how much cancer absolutely fucking sucks.
But, that isn't always how it ends, as with my Nan and Mum, you can come out the other side a stronger person and I hope that's the case for your mother. Even if it's hard watching them go through it, being there for them could be the strength they need to fight through it. I like to think my Nan refused to let cancer kill her after it took my Pop and that's why she got through it, I like to imagine that with enough willpower to keep going for yourself and those around you that anyone can overcome cancer.
I think it's amazing how you're able to potray yourself so strongly in front of a live audience while telling chat about your story. My dad passed away due to lung cancer last year august and even now it gets hard to open up about it irl, sort of stews inside me, makes you feel like shit. So being strong enough to simply be open about something mentally trying is really admirable. Continue being open, not just to chat, but really anyone you feel comfortable doing so with, i think it'll help a lot :)

regarding your sleepless night, from someone with chronic sleepless nights too, meditation works great for me, breathing exercises too. Also exercising 1-2 hours before falling asleep also helps, made me really tired to even think about stuff.

I know how it feels.. when I was younger, about 7 years ago in 3rd grade in Denmark, my dad was diagnosed with cancer, I don't know what stage or where it was, but it fucked me up mentally aswell, though I was just a kid, my dad didn't want to tell me, so my mom did and I could see the shear pain in her eyes, just trying to tell me this.
Binfy.. you just have to stay strong my man! My dad was "cured" in 2021, but he still goes to checkups to see if it spreads again.
I know it's hard and it's valid to worry about that kinds of stuff, but if I know Binfy right.. he will get through it, I'm rooting for you Binfy!!! :)

Now I've grown out of it and I am doing self-improvement. This was all possible, because of your streams and I can't thank you enough. this is actually convinient for me, as my tia (aunt) just got diagnosed with stage 4 cancer recently. shes said that she doesn't wish to take chemo, as she's lived her life and she's ready to pass on. im honestly a bit scared for her, but i know she'll be in a better place. i know how hard cancer can be, and im very sorry about your mother, i could never imagine my parents just being so close to death like that. we love you binfy, and we'll support you no matter what you decide to do. 🤍🤍

Honestly I respect people that go bald to be supportive of their loved one going through chemo and stuff but one thing I hate is everyone thinking that you “have” to be supportive in that specific way or else to that person you don’t care about them which is obviously not true.
Again not saying it’s bad for people to be supportive in that way but I don’t feel like if I was in your situation that I would “have” to go bald for someone you love heartily. Whether or not I’m insecure about my hair or appearance.
You can support the people you love but never forget your own health, from what I hear, you should try to have some time to maybe a visit to a therapist will help with how bad your sleep has gotten.
