Wow! Just found you and watched this video. A great light bulb moment…I use a magnetic hoop but never thought about putting the hoop over it to get the image to send to the machine. Just wow! 🙏 thanks
For some reason, when I used the largest DIME hoop on my Solaris 2, the felt under the hoop hits the end of the machine arm. Now my felt on the bottom of the hoop is all messed up. I leveled the embroidery unit and machine, but there is still a slight lip.

Check with the retailer that you purchased the hoop from, as it should not be doing that.
