10:35 notice the missing yellow tile covering the hinge piece connecting the wing to the main body. It’s on the other wing furthest from the camera, but the closest one is missing it. I never noticed it until now.
Never owned a Jedi Inceptor. Ever. Could have done that one time, but bought the AT-AT (which I later resold) which was so fun to build. Overall, great list!
I agree with your whole list, except id rather have the new ahsoka set as #3 on this list. The price is terrible your right but I can't knock the quality of a set based on its price. It looks great. The new cockpit looks cool, im not sure if I like it more or not yet tho. But the entire set has a unique build compared to basically every other starfighter before it and I think that it's pretty special for all that. The jedi interceptors were my favorite sets growing up. I had one of anakins starfighters and I also had the obi wan one with the light speed ring, idk where all my old legos went tho, sad day
@@calvinsallee that’s a fair assessment, and I can considered putting it higher, but ultimately the price of that set ruined my rating for it which is why it’s only at 5. The build is very nice though
@BrickologyProductions i completely agree about the price man, 45$ is crazy. I'm sure some of the cost is due to the manufacturing of the new cockpit mold, but it shouldn't offset the price this much. This set should have come with a clone wars sith character like ventress or Dokoo for 45$ if they weren't gonna include another minifig the maximum this set should have been is like 37$ i think the backlash has been large enough from this release that we will see some changes and this set will likely end up on sale quickly
I think to rank them properly for what they are as a ship and a build, we should NOT look at either the price, the design evolution "expected" being more recent or even minifigures, just the ship and what it looks like/is like to build. This ranking is based on very very subjective topics that part ways with simple aesthetic or structural opinion, and i strongly disagree with a lot that was said. No hate i just feel i had to tell my point of view :)

Great list. I would have put Ahsoka’s Jedi Interceptor higher on the list. It is the most durable, best designed of all the Jedi Interceptors and the finish on the back completes the build in a way that no other Jedi interceptor has seen. Price is high, no doubt but I think this set should have been two or dropped to three due to price. I love this video and think your list is great. The comment here is not to criticize your list but rather to explain my own opinion.
Thank you! And I understand your take. I agree that the Ahsoka's Interceptor is one of the best builds, but the bad brice and the other sets having amazing side builds put them over it for me. I have some differences in opinion but do agree that 7283 is the best: 1) The interceptors I am most interested in are the red and yellow interceptors from Episode 3. Those colors are just too iconic, in my opinion, not that blue or green look bad 2) I actually don't like the interceptors where the droid fits entirely in the wing, because it makes the wing too thick and I think seeing the entire droid body from above looks weird. But I also am more of a LEGO displayer instead of a LEGO player so I don't intend to ever remove LEGO droid heads from their associated ship. On a related note, I also don't care one bit about the flick-fire or spring-loaded guns, preferring the simpler design where it's just non-functional LEGO pieces. I would love to pick up a new copy of 7283 but the price is ridiculous, so I am also considering the BrickVault MOCs for the two interceptors, because those look pretty cool as well.
Yeah the yellow and red are the most iconic, but the others are colors I prefer. Interesting point about the droid, I don't really mind it, especially from an angle. I have them all on display and it looks fine IMO. The missiles are obviously just there for play, but they are easy enough to take off if you don't like them. Thanks for commenting!

I do wish they'd change the S-foil design to something sturdier. Those clip panels break way too easily.
