Hey Stanley, if you take 12.95 / 10 which will give you 1.29 ohms closer to what your DMM is reading. Trust me I thought about this a lot on my own and on my work bench, finally was able to figure out when you divide by 10 it will give you close enough readings on the bulbs.
By my naivety I measured a bulb resistance when not under power and did not understand why Om's law not working. Thanks for the respond.
