I used to drive from NC to NYC to get them for 10 a baggie , got busted in the Giuliani times in the lower east side. Got the Latinos inside to give me a real good address up in Lexington Spanish Harlem. Stingray was the real deal . Glad to have stopped on time

At that time from the early 70s to mid 80s the best heroin came out from Sicily Italy it had so many refineries that Italian authorities estimated about 300 in Sicily.if you were a user at that time in the west there was a 80%chance that it came from Sicily.
