Very well explained sir... only doubt is width of the collar 3" understood but the length 6" ???? Is it like we hv to take double the size of whtever width taken n mark half of it i.e 3"on length side. Correct?
yes take double and measure it before cutting then adjust if needed

Beautiful collar stitching Sir, I have request , please give standard formulas for neck, armhole and bodice , each written on a paper, we can save that and use it wisely. We can make a draft and keep ,so that we can use readily. You stitch generally XL size , but that can vary for different people. That is why I am requesting a standard formula Sir. Please do the needful.

Because it's closed neck head will not go in ...so front slit necessary... that 4.5
