Actor Randeep Hooda visited Relief Camp at Moirang Lamkhai and Sendra Tourist Resort in Manipur. Earlier, ‘Sarabjit’ fame announced that he will tie knot with Lin Laishram, a Manipuri model and actress. Ahead of the wedding, the couple visited the relief camps set up for victims of the ethnic clashes between the Kuki and Meitei tribes in Manipur. The wedding will be done with the rituals of Meitei culture on November 29 in Imphal. It will be followed by a wedding reception in Mumbai on December 2.
Randeep Hooda said, “I felt that it is respectful to come and marry in the Bride’s tradition…. I have heard that in Meitei culture, the groom has to sit for very long hours….but I am very excited to experience the culture of my life partner…”
