Not sure if you can help. But I moved and need to reposition my brackets but I can’t get them out for the life of me. I can’t tell if yours are the same as mine. In the middle it’s like they hook opposite directions.
I’m having the same issue. I was able to pull the bracket off the shelf with force but now that I’ve repositioned them I can’t get the shelf back on the brackets. I don’t know if they discontinued the style because most people don’t seem to be using it anymore. Did you ever get it figured out?
Thanks for the heads up. Pretty ridiculous they say easy installation on the box and dont mention, you'll probably need a SAW to use this. I bought this 4ft-6ft one cause i needed for a 4ft space, once i saw your video I returned it for the 2ft-4ft and that one i didnt have to cut anything.
