The 3rd chord is vii0 in the first inversion (vii0b). The chord is G#-B-D, the bass here is the B.

I am in College studying music theory right now and feel pretty hopeless because I am struggling to hold all of the things necessary to do a bach chorale analysis but I just wanted to let you know that watching this video helped ease my mind and better understand how to actually do an analysis of a Bach Chorale.

Glad you found it helpful! The info on the "cheat sheet" video in my channel is what got me through college level music theory. That, and playing piano (you can never have too many piano skills). Best of luck to you!

I have started studying this with a teacher but I really would like to learn more about it. Your lessons are really helpful, do you want to start again with it?

I had V65/V for the 3rd chord from the end. Is that chord not a secondary dominant?

the end is not a PAC because the soprano would have to be the tonic

Hello! Yes, you are correct. The highest voice would have to resolve to one in order to be a *perfect* authentic cadence. But that's not necessary to be a plain ol' authentic cadence (or imperfect authentic cadence, IAC).
