Hey I have lots of really affective stretching routines if u wanna follow along to any of them I would really appreciate it and subscribe if you like❤️❤️❤️❤️
Absolutely loved this. So many cool ideas and made me realise I am doing too much static stretching. This extra movement should give you more range and ensure muscles are warm first.

Geez...u read my mind. I prefer the body of a rhythmic gymnasts because it's so slender and we'll shaped..plus the girls are taller. I suppose it's the difference exercises done. But I'd really like a video which explores ALL the training done from DAY ONE of a child entering rhythmic training up to Olympics ♥️❤️♥️. From what I noted thus far it's a combination of yoga, ballet, dance and strength training along with mastering the apparatuses. ♥️❤️❤️
i want to start Rhytmic Gymnastics because i gave up on ballet and dance and i lost a litle too much of my flexibility so imma do this exercices... Thank you very much for these, if yall have some others exercices recomandations just reply on the comment. Have a nice day!
Do your feet have to be a certain size to be able to do this? I only ask because if I were to bend my toes all the way back, they would end up vertical not horizontal because my feet are so small. How does this work? For a reference, my feet are exactly 9 inches long.

Also, I have been so curious about this one which is why is it that wears make gymnasts do not seem to have much muscle on their arms? They tend to have very very thin arms, but I’m not really, quite sure of the logistics of how that works? For instance, I have been playing the piano since I was three years old and just from playing piano, I have very muscular arms, so this is just some think I have been very curious about, and just don’t know the answer to. Thank you so much!
Shes such a goddess pulling these things off without a motion through her face... but for two weeks i wonder how to achieve that toe technique at 1:12, does anybody know?.... OUCH.
Her knees are kinda terryfing lol People with hEDS have the same knees, her joints are just hyperflexible. I would love to be that flexible, but I know how it would destroy my body
@@Violaine93 I know, but those knees are the result of years of brutal stretching. This is why I work on me splits and things like that at home. I don't want to risk serious injuries.

Wow very nice video ❤
Yes!! Very nice 👌🏻❤️
Is it ok to put all our weight on our feet in the foot exercises even if our feet arent flexible?
You best do that gradually, it will rake some time to build up. Alternate legs or start from sitting and then gradually increase the pressure.
Hare Krsna.....thanks
thanks
I love it
