Greer is the only woman who can get Charlie rose to shut up a bit. She is so no nonsense and unapologetic and amazingly brilliant. Cant believe she's 60 in this. She's much older now and still as fierce. Love love love.

Genetics is a beautiful and interesting thing! You see people looking like people all over the world...what's cool is tracing back where little details come from. Clearly Germaine and Meryl have some similar, ancestreal genetics. 😀

I don’t know why, but I genuinely like her and I don’t like most feminists. I agree with about 50% of all things she says but she just seems like such a genuine person, you can’t help but like her. And...she has the most amazing speaking voice. She’d be wonderful reading audio books.
She's old school... like what feminists were and many still are... there's just this woke faction.....
There are so few scholars in universities in our current world. Ms. Greer is one of the few. A professor who doesn't encourage their students to think for themselves is a fraud and a scoundrel. Of course, intellectual thought have existed for many millennia and I suspect it is practically impossible to have a thought that is unique but we can't stop trying.
One of my favorite quotes comes from Euripides : Question everything. Learn something. Answer nothing.

He was obviously intimidated, defensive and not prepared for this interview. And how distasteful to end the interview with a quote that was disparaging about Greer. He behaved like an attention starved child and a low key bully during this interview.
He looked like he enjoyed it, too, one-upping her at the end to "make her pay" for having outshined him the entire interview. I love her more!
