@@jiminycrickets8300 U probably want to downgrade your CPU (to i5 13600K), cooling and motherboard. Use that money to get a better graphics card like 4070ti or 7900xt, will help the frames a lot. 850 Watt is also a bit overkill for this setup.
i would save costs on motherboard (still b board), some on case , ddr4(but ddr5 if u wanna upgrade),8x2 ram first, and upgrade later,budget sata ssds 1tb , and use a $600 graphics card ,i would push the at least 40-45%budget into graphics card
I just picked up this card for just under $350. At this price it seems like a good upgrade from my 1660. I know there’s a lot of trash talk about the card, especially comparing it to the last gen. My monitor is 1080p and 4060ti is a nice upgrade from the 3060...but it's hardly worth it if you have a 3060ti. 4070 makes more sense unless you have a weak PSU or 1080p monitor. So really the 4060ti is best for ppl with a smaller power supply and don't want to upgrade it or their monitor.

I am building this pc for my golf simulator in my garage. It has to be a 4060 Ti from Nvidia otherwise I would not go with the money hogs known as Nvidia. But this PC will still be able to handle GSPRO and be a great computer overall.

Just purchased my nvidia rtx geforce 4060TI 8GB vram. If I would have known there was a 16gb Vram, I would have probably gotten that one sense I run a 2560×1440 monitor @ 264ghz refresh rate.
@rNahv depends on what I'm playing. If it's BG3 or Starfield or Silica, I only get like 160 frames on max graphics. But honestly, you don't need more than that, in my opinion. Ark survival also gets 99FPS on max graphics. I'm content

Its annoying, everyone loses their mind over the VRAM but dont understand L2 cache. YES it has 8GB of Vram, but the 3060ti has 8gb of vram and a 4mb L2 cache. this card has a 32mb L2 cache, more hits on cache mean LESS draw for Vram.

A GPU will provide the display output so you are okay to buy a CPU without integrated graphics yes. (Though it doesn't have to be a K CPU if you're not planning on overclocking)
This is an 8 lane pcie graphics card not a 16 like its bigger brothers. This is a 1080p card and does well and not bad at 1440p. The reviews are subjective based on what resolutiin you want to play at. People need to relax regarding the price point. If you cant afford it dont buy it. You were kinder than all the other reviewers; everyone else slaughtered it as a terrible card, especially Hardware Unboxed and Gamers Nexus channels. There's several games where this GPU can't even manage 1080p ultra settings, with FPS frequently dropping to 2 or 3 frequently, primarily because 8GB VRAM is not enough. Buying a GPU with less than 16GB VRAM in 2023 is just a terrible idea, especially at $400!

Applications use more ram, and some games can use up to 20gb+ the system base ram usage like 6gb you’re already at 26gb of ram usage
