Kenya built her house rather fast and it’s was beautiful. Marlo think her house is just going to be built and she could move right in, thats not the way it works its alot of work to build a home from the ground up.
Kenya built her house at a different time though. Times are rough now. Building materials are so sparse. So many issues with supply chain. If this house takes Marlo a long time to build , it will be an issue of more than just money.

@- not really the wardrobe is custom which may extend to the buildings foundations of the house and therefore be irreversible. But unless if somebody buys it in future should she sell and they do the reverse and make the closet their room and the tiny bedroom a smaller closet then I can see that work. But looking at the plans for the site it seems that won’t be the case. So Kenya is right.

This was a great scene. Really great to see these ladies being cool with each other and being real, too. Not just being fake cool. Kenya and Marlo still not mincing words around each other, but Marlo knows when to calm down because she knows Kenya and Sheree are there to support her. No one is shading each other's homes ("Neverland," unfinished basement, etc), but giving real support. They are even supporting each other with their relationship issues. Kenya and Sheree hugging--is Hell frozen? I'm so used to them getting together and it's a verbal tennis match. They'll get back to disagreeing on everything and anything soon, but it's great to see them being sisters! Also, they look amazing. They are on their A-game!
