    Sounds great, well done 👍🏻
I do wish Rossum inc. would pull their heads out off the modular rabbit hole for a sec and considered making a new hands-on standalone keyboard sampler. For the lack of a better word this is a pretty elitist world to limit ones musical instruments to live in. Wouldn’t it be much more rewarding to see it banging about all around - making all sorts of music, like the ol Ensoniqs did.
    Just sayin’

Yep, I agree. That'd be great though.

@@AlexAlcyone Well...if you'd care to put an ear to the ground and I think you'll find that this is too cumbersome for the vast majority of musicans(!) whom prefeer spending their time playing/composing over faffing around with cables.

so true. Euro sucks in many ways. but it could only be a business decision from DR: huge margins on low volumes - easier logistics and QC. the Euro market is still large or even growing, consumers shell out more and accept way worse products than general music producers. pros on the other hand can still build expensive but workable systems around this. I find it reactionary in a lot of ways, it's not the way to go into the future with noodles, high noise floor, crappy ergonomics and exorbitant prices. there're exceptions of course, and I use some small racks time after time myself, but so many ideas could work out so much better standalone really.

good work! can you do a cover song with assimil8or?

    •  4 роки тому +1

Cheers! I think it's possible as long as you have something to trigger the Assimil8or. As you may know, the Assimil8or is a powerful sampler. You can even record your cover song and put it inside the Assimil8or. Truly the sky is the limit!
