@@googleuser3163 the question is what "these" are... all the ones that are exactly like in the video very much still play, as they have been manufactured in the past 40 yrs... if older ones, then the question remains: do you mean of french origin with cardboard mechanism? or all hand turned organs? myself, I'm currently fixing up an old Muzzio barrel organ from New Jersey... so even if they are not currently playing, they certainly can be made playable again
The hard part is not letting the jam mess up the crank speed. You get too into it and start cranking too fast, the music will start playing faster and it'll sound weird.
We are gathered here 5 years after this video was posted due to extreme events (youtube algorithms). My recommended is filled with hit or miss but this is fire🔥🔥.
