I really appreciate you, Dr Berg. When I've mentioned to a couple of my friends how a video of yours gave me the information I needed to remove my debilitating sense of overwhelm, they told me, "Oh, that guy's info has been debunked!" Well, I'm sorry, but I tried absolutely everything else I knew (earlier this year) to get back to normal and nothing worked (holiday, sleep, increased fruit and veg, more exercise, etc.) until I randomly happened upon your video that lists something like 18 physical symptoms (cracked heels, chapped lips, that kind of thing) and what they mean you could be lacking.
From that video I identified that I may be lacking B1, B2, and Zinc, so I rushed out and bought nutritional yeast and zinc supplements, and the mammoth ovewhelm I had been feeling for months was gone in a day! I'm obviously pre-menopausal and notice that my stress levels can be off the charts from the simplest of things, more than ever before in my life, and I've noticed that I sometimes feel literally sick in my stomach from the stress of things that previously were water off a duck's back to me.
So now I shove B1 down my neck like it's going out of fashion - nutritional yeast, fortified breakfast cereal, Marmite, and also a multivitamin (that contains B1 & B2 among the rest) plus a zinc tablet - and it helps me enormously to keep my head above water. I also drink a lemon drink with magnesium added. If I don't do all this, the overwhelm comes back and hits me like a brick within a day or two.
And now after watching this video above, I'll be adding even more leafy greens for the potassium and magnesium.
Thank you so much for helping me.
    My best wishes,
    Lisa

I've bee n trying to do intermittent fasting. It's a lifestyle change I've been working on I haven't been able to fully do the keto diet because of varying factors but I'm working up to it. How did you found out you have breast cancer. Because I did my physical in March where I did a mammogram I came back with dense tissue in my left breast, then I did an ultrasound for my breast, then a biopsy under my left arm they said everything was ok.I was referred to a breast doctor that checked my breast because a that time the same left breast nipple was itching me so I squeezed it and there was this milk looking coming out I told the breast doctor he looked at it said I shouldn't squeeze it anymore he referred me to a dermatologist also now a breast surgeon I saw the breast surgeon in July of this year he squeezed my nipple tested milk looking substance on some machine then told me I'm ok I should just come back and do my regular check up next year, 2 days ago ago I felt my right breast nipple itching now the milk looking substance is coming from both breast, I'm so worried, stressed out because we now in August I did the last test on July 18 and the doctor said said everything was ok so what could be causing this in my breast I know I stopped breastfeeding last November so there shouldn't be any milk in my breast still I'm so worried and confused so I made an appointment to see the doctor at Jamaica hospital in Queens on Wednesday 31st of August 2022 please pray for me.

    • @JCX-9
      @JCX-9 2 роки тому +15

Well I stopped doing mammograms long time ago. If i had two that’s all. Heard the mammogram which is an ex-ray can cause cancer too. Also if you have a tumor the flattening of the boob during mammogram can cause the tumor to burst and spread the cancer cells all over. I would ask only for sonogram which is harmless and noninvasive. Not sure why they still keep using ex-rays on the breast. Makes no sense. Eat good diet and things like grapefruit or drink lemon water daily with ginger it’s a good anti cancer drink. And absolutely no sugar. Cancer loves sugar. Make sure your D3 levels are up as your immunity can’t function with low levels. We all have cancers cells but it’s your immune system that fights them. So work on your immunity mainly so the body has a strong defense mechanism.

Wow. I've never had a butt and my belly has always been large even in comparison with my generously sized breast. When you say chronic stress and I think about it a bit I've been stressed one way or another for years. Now to start relaxing purposely and shrinking this belly!

New Japanese technology I and my father used from japan was crazy amazing for cortisol , our muscles, and our health. I use the Japanese 2022 lourdes hydrofix premium, this tech fro. HolyHydrogen is truly remarkable and medically approved in Japan, not sure why doctors don’t know about it in the USA, as it’s amazing for so many medical conditions and super natural

Here in our small town in NZ, we are one of the first areas to have 5G roll out, no less guinea pigs !.. and since that week, the emf pollution in our neighbourhood has increased exponentially, I can hear it interferring with the powerlines, and it is a constant 247 high pitched freq I can actually hear, up to 50 decibles at times, and it is particularly bad in the early hours such as 3am in the morning, when I am woken nearly every night by this seriously nasty freq that gets beyond bearable if it ever is, it never will be.
After the first two weeks toerating this, my immune system basically collapsed, and the any latent problems surfaced no end, I lost two teeth, .. which in hindisght was due to the reduction of melatonin, and obviously caused by this pollution.
I requested intervention from Govt authorities, who visited my residence, basically negated my concerns, tried to blame me, and questioned my 'hearing' , labelling me as a conspiracy thorist, then followed up with fraudulent reports based on their measuring the freq in a totally different location.. out to sea!
Imo, this pollution is contributing to climate change, as any other environmental pollution would, yet it is affecting human health more so in comparison, as it affects our electrical system dramatically, glucose, calcium, carbohydrates, endocrine disruption, and the obvious brain and heart function... the spleen is also a likely organ to be affected by electrical disturbance, ..so much so that a lot of the so called covid symptoms, are directly matching the negative health impacts that this pollution is causing, brain fog particularly.
I will perservere with research, but at present it appears the only way to limit the harmful affects of this pollution, is to either adopt keto or increase protein, and the obvious cost to the planet of this is increase demand on land resources etc is in no way sustainable despite the so called green initiatives digital tech professes to offer... so keep an open mind about the Green economy moves happening aroound us, as it is hypocrisy at best for survival,...it is exponentially polluting our planet and human health, vegetarians will likely need to live off grid and rural to escape the harmful affects of this new world around us, yet govts are corolling people into cities were this pollution is concentrated even more. Civilisation is in great threat imo.

Thanks a lot for speaking about this topic. I have Cushing disease and there's not much information about it or people taking about it. It would be great if you could share more about what things a person like me can do after being treated with radiosurgery and meanwhile we wait the cortisol levels drop down. I would really appreciate your help. Thanks again.

Hi Gabriela 👋 How did you know that you had Cushing? I'm pretty sure I have it too.

    •  2 роки тому +1

@@thegoodnews6682 Hello! I was diagnosed with Cushing disease last year through several lab tests and also magnetic resonance (in this case high levels of cortisol are because of a tumor in the pituitary gland). I went through transsphenoidal surgery, but they couldn't remove the tumor, so they treated me with radiosurgery

Luckily this is not my issue. I have a big round butt and a 6 pack :) 45 and looking better than 20 yrs ago. Lifting weights works like magic. I've also been doing pretty much all he mentioned here as well. Ashwaganda, nutritional yeast, keto-ish (I don't do super stict keto...i do allow fruits and lots of veggies but no sugar or grains), intermittent fasting...often omad, etc. Also l-theanine helps with stress.

exercise moderately, work a job that entails you to work outside to get fresh air and sunshine, eat a Ketogenic diet or go even further eat an organic carnivore diet, fast and get plenty of sleep(which I think is the most important in preventing uncontrollable cortisol levels)

I thank God for gifting you with the intelligence and knowledge He has.! I’m new and I try to find where I belong in regards to ur videos but 😯 wow, just so many! Any suggestions, probably from the beginning, right? I’m trying desperately to be rid of depression and anxiety, I’m 5ft and gained 65 lbs. Very Depressing. I’m trying to figure out intermitten fasting with keto but I can’t even get past the first day!🙃 I feel so defeated before I even get past first day. I know I probably need a bit of baby steps (embarrassing) because, my PA said my saratona level bottomed out. You mentioned invisible stressed, is that maybe me?ty kindly

The 1 sentence summary of this whole channel is : don't eat sugar or carbs that turn into sugar. I work out nearly everyday but I struggle eating too many carbs. For me, grad school kicked off all kinds of health issues because it was such a stressful time for me. I also lost weight, so I can't do keto or imf, I would lose even more weight.
