I usually dont leave comments but much love jee, i know your side of the drama stems from wanting the game to be in a better state. Nothing to do with anything else and anyone that says so is delusional. We all want the game to be better and its frustrating as hell. Just let it blow over at the end of the day we have a dlc to look forward to real soon. Stay positive homie.

I agree with Steelovsky's take that it is mostly ignorance being the reason behind the bad net, I also agree with Jee's take that it is fair to kill an unplayable laggard with a glitch. NapstarF equating poor people with bad net is not only false, but also an insult to gamers that aren't well off financially. PVP gaming should serve to benefit the entertainment of the community rather than the minority of super laggard teleporting Kevin ruining everyone's experience.
In 2024 I agree 100% with what Jee says, if you have a pedal connection I'm sorry but you shouldn't have online interactions in multiplayer games. Wi-Fi filter and ping filter should be made standard in all online games. My freedom ends when your shitty connection arrives.

We live 15,000km away from each other. We both have good internet. You invade me, and because there is no server halfway that does fancy shit like correcting lag in imperceptible ways, I *host* the game. We're both connected via fibre optic cable but because I am hosting my game is the one that decides what hits and what doesn't. In order to join *my* game you need to send a signal 15,000km and wait for signals to return from 15,000km away. Even the speed of light has a limit.
I'm just playing the game locally with a friend who I have like 6ms with, and because you wanted to invade from the other side of the planet you decide that I'm a laggard who doesn't get to play online.

I don't appreciate that Jeenine thinks that because I don't live in North America where I would get a smooth connection to him that I deserve to be chainsaw glitched.
Jeenine doesn't hate poor people, he just doesn't understand how P2P works. There is no objective "good connection". To someone in China, Indonesia, Australia or New Zealand I have a good connection. But because I won't connect well to Jeenine I need to just rip my ethernet cable out of the fucking wall and go churn some butter or something instead of playing Elden Ring online - just in case he might want to invade my game for a couple of minutes while I play with my friends for hours.

This is so stupid I barely have words. If you seriously think that guy has a good connection anywhere you're, quite simply, out of your goddamn mind. I've faced japanese players with good and bad connections, and they weren't half as bad as that guy.

the reason why can be glimpsed from the god awful pvp in Lords of the fallen where only the host get to have good connection whilst all invaders must suffer
he also understand that there are places like you said that just can't have good connection with the rest of the world, but he also said that he has a really good connection playing with a friend of his in places like russia so your "live in North America" strawman arguement is invalid
i don't appreciate that you think Jee would just chainsaw anybody with bad internet connection when he has a library of evidence showing him putting up with bad net in the thousands
