For knuckles whilst boxing. Get long hand wraps and make sure you wrap round knuckles alot to protect them. I used to get bad blisters before but was my wraps not being round my hand enough. Love love love your videos so much ❤

I lost my only grandparent a few weeks before having my first baby during first lockdown! It was mental time in my life tbh! 😢😂 but yes it’s sooooo draining crying!
I lost my grandma at the beginning of the lockdown and ever since life’s lost a little bit of its magic and hope for me. But I hope and genuinely believe and pray she’s in a better place even if not with our family. I’m sorry for your loss there’s nothing anyone can say that will ever replace the relationship and love y’all had. RIP to our grandparents we’re gonna make em proud! ❤❤❤

when I first started boxing I had the same problem 😭 you really just have to start taping your hands with boxing tapes, it helps a lot ☺️

wear wraps like actual wrap fabric under your gloves, there's a specific way to wrap them but you can easily find a video and like that you can focus the fabric over your knuckles ! xx
