This was our first trip hotel and it helped make us fall in love with DLP. The staff were absolutely incredible with my daughter who was 5 at the time. Especially the restaurant staff. Really fussed over her, teaching her French and giving her a chefs hat. 5 yrs on she remembers every bit of that trip ❤ and still remembers the French words they taught her. Xx

I've stayed at hotel Santa Fe around 3 times and it was the first ever Disney hotel I stayed at. I love the atmosphere and its budget friendliness ☺️ always a great place to stay

Going to Disney in May, haven’t been since 2007 and this will be my first time staying on Disney property. Very excited, I know it’s a very basic hotel but the first Cars film is one of my absolute favourites! So the little details honestly make it for me. Thanks again Sam for making this!
That was my hotel the last time I visited, during the 25th anniversary celebrations. I got a huge deal that allowed me to get an Annual Pass instead of just tickets for the week and I absolutely loved the chill ambiance of the hotel surroundings at night. Not the best hotel you'll ever stay at maybe, but I found it perfectly adequate for a budget trip and I would probably stay there again!

I'll stay at the Santa Fe Hotel for one night and for the the first time in 10 days. And I am super excited!! I got it as a present for my little brother which will turn twelve years old. He ever wanted to go to Disney and he doesn't knwo we will drive to DLP yet. I'll surprise him and curious to see his face when we arrive at Disney :P We're both a great fan of Cars, so I think we will like it!! Your video got me even more hyped!!

My first trip to Disneyland Paris was in oktober 2012,I was there with a friend of my that had already been there sometimes,so she was my guide.We stayed at Santa Fe in the Mc.Queen part,just across the hotel and the Arcade(now where the Starbucks is today),I just fell in love with the Hotel when we came out of the bus from the airport,so at to the next trip we just had to come back. My last trip was in oktober 2017 under the 25th anniversary and to try something new,we booked our staying at the Explorers. I can agree with the beds,but me and my friend actually couldn't feel anything different,but as you saying,you just sleep in the beds for a few nights,so its OK. Now in oktober this year I am coming back to see the 30th anniversary and I am soo excited to see the parks and to come back to Santa Fe. At my first trip to Santa Fe Donald and Daisy came for an meet and greet and we got the chance to take some pics,so I hope for the same this year.
My little boys (5 and 2) love the Santa Fe! They are both huge Cars fans so they loved staying there just before Christmas! They ask all the time when we are going to go back. My eldest is desperate to stay in the Lightning Mcqueen block!

I will be going to DLP for the 1st time EVER in September as part of my 50th birthday celebrations (birthday is actually in August be decided to go when it's less busy) & will be staying at Santa Fe - tbh honest not really bothered about a luxury hotel, as long as it has somewhere for us to sleep & a bathroom that's the main thing as we won't really be in there for most of the day anyway, really looking forward to the 30th anniversary celebrations, will deffo be looking as more of yr DLP vids to get a better idea of the parks, food, shopping etc xx

I just come back after my stay at Santa Fe. Our room was very clean, we didn't hear our neighbours and the breakfast was nice. It was perfect for our stay as we only needed a place to sleep as we were at the parks all day.

Great vlog Sam. Sante Fe is the hotel I stayed at my last visit. The buffet breakfast was delicious.(it is the only Disney Paris hotel I have stayed at) I love the theming of this hotel as well
Is it me or does it feel they’ve slapped cars on everything instead of full renovated? I know it’s a 2 star but it does feel the Cheyenne which Is 3 star has a lot more of ‘fancy’ feel
It’s only 2 stars, in other countries I wouldn’t even think about staying in a hotel with less than 4 stars … so for 2 stars it’s a really good hotel. And I don’t think they just put a few pictures of the characters from cars everywhere. You also have this little streets between the buildings, the cone shaped lambs etc … they had also figures outside, but I think they now use it for the cars road trip in the studios … I would also like it, if there would more cars themed decoration outside, but I think the whole hotel is more cars themed as the Cheyenne is toy story themed … and it’s only a 2 star hotel and for a 2 star hotel it’s absolutely fine.
Great to see Hotel Santa Fe, we stayed there a couple of years ago, we were very impressed by the theming in the rooms and the walk to the park was lovely. Not sure if it's changed now but our block didn't have a drinks machine, we had to go into one of the larger blocks to get our free drink, although it was worth it!
I stayed at Santa Fé on my last trip I love it all watching this was kinda nostalgic cause not only the last hotel that we stayed but we were on block 47 so right next to the one you’re are on this vlog ☺️

I’ve been many times to DLP and in different disney hotels. I just recent went to Santa Fe but the isolation of the room was so bad!! I could hear the people next to me easily, hear them going to the shower and even to the toilet bleh!! But I’m a big fan of your vlogs! Didnt know you get 4free warm drinks after all these years!

The website says, if I take 1 night stay, I will get 2 days and 2 parks tickets. 2018 I was the first time with my husband in Disneyland Paris (I was the first time in 2002 as a child, my husband only was in Tokyo with me in 2017) and we stayed in Santa Fe. We also were in the lightning McQueen section and on ground floor. Last year (2021) we were in Disneyland again with our 2 year old and stayed at Cheyenne, because the Santa Fe was closed and this year we will be in Santa Fe again … Santa Fe is my favourite of the „cheaper“ Disney Hotels, even if it only have 2 stars :) I am excited in which section we are this year and how my 3 year old will react to the hotel, because he loves cars … but is not really interested in toy story 😅
I'm going to Disney in November with my partner and I'm considering this hotel or Cheyenne. I personally think Cheyenne is nicer but this one is nice too.

As a matter of interest , when I was a young boy watching all the American cowboy films in the 50,s/60,s they used to pronounce Cheyenne as “Shy anne”.I don,t know if that is still the case now tho. . Have only ever stayed at the Hotel Cheyenne once, ,must say tThe Santa Fe looks pretty good.

It took me years to realise that all the DLP hotels were all (originally) themed to different areas/timelines of the USA. 🤦🏻♂️ Don't forget the 'crashed' UFO at Santa Fe. 🛸 I'm a MASSIVE Cars fan (especially Cars 2) so Santa Fe is perfect for me. I just wish it was a higher grade hotel - but Hey!! It's Disneyland....I don't care. 🤣❤️
in this day and age, im surprised disney is still using gender to great guest in the room... they should go with the flow and stop using mr/mrs or have a option when you reserve for clients to mention what gender they would like to be addressed by

We stayed in block 42 last October. Really nice and close to the restaurant etc.

Did u know that the santa fe originally had different trails telling background stories? Was a cool feature but long gone...

Hi! I’m going to stay in this hotel in September and we’ll be 4 in a room…do you know if it’s possibile to have single beds instead of the queen size ones?
2018 I was the first time with my husband in Disneyland Paris (I was the first time in 2002 as a child, my husband only was in Tokyo with me in 2017) and we stayed in Santa Fe. We also were in the lightning McQueen section and on ground floor. Last year (2021) we were in Disneyland again with our 2 year old and stayed at Cheyenne, because the Santa Fe was closed and this year we will be in Santa Fe again … Santa Fe is my favourite of the „cheaper“ Disney Hotels, even if it only have 2 stars :)
I am excited in which section we are this year and how my 3 year old will react to the hotel, because he loves cars … but is not really interested in toy story 😅
I'm going to Disney in November with my partner and I'm considering this hotel or Cheyenne. I personally think Cheyenne is nicer but this one is nice too.
I personally also prefer Hotel Cheyenne, mainly due to its theming. But Santa Fe is lovely too :)

Hi Sam , great vlog as usual, plenty of info. As a matter of interest , when I was a young boy watching all the American cowboy films in the 50,s/60,s they used to pronounce Cheyenne as “Shy anne”.I don,t know if that is still the case now tho. . Have only ever stayed at the Hotel Cheyenne once, ,must say tThe Santa Fe looks pretty good.
They did the Santa Fe Hotel just a little bit better then the Pop Century hotel in Walt Disney World when it opened
Thank you for the tip about the free hot drinks, I'll use them, and then just buy sandwiches from Starbucks in the morning. Hoping you're allowed to eat your sandwich on the shuttle bus

I'm a MASSIVE Cars fan (especially Cars 2) so Santa Fe is perfect for me. I just wish it was a higher grade hotel - but Hey!! It's Disneyland....I don't care. 🤣❤️

in this day and age, im surprised disney is still using gender to great guest in the room... they should go with the flow and stop using mr/mrs or have a option when you reserve for clients to mention what gender they would like to be addressed by
