Because opto coupler receive volt through tl431
By judgement possibly opto coupler is faulty
When you get more than the desired output voltage, then that fault belongs to the feedback section. And in feedback section, the most replaced component is optocoupler itself. So based on my experience, I changed it brother ❤️👍

It was visible in this case and it was a 5.1v Zener Diode.

But one query about the video no. 90 that the zener diode which was faulty you didn't replaced it still the voltages were perfect??
Was the zener diode ofno use??
Zener is installed on 5V line as a safety device, which will maintain the voltage at 5V in case of optocoupler failure. So as long as optocoupler is working properly, it will regulate the voltage itself and will not let it go above 5V. Till then zener will just rest. Zener will start working only when optocoupler failure happens friend ❤️👍
