Zener yahan ek safety device ke roop me 5V line par laga hai, jo optocoupler kharab hone ki sthiti me Voltage ko 5V par maintain karega. Toh jab tak optocoupler sahi kaam kar Raha hai, voltage wahi regulate karega aur 5V ke upar jaane nahi dega. Tab tak zener sirf aaram karega. Zener ka kaam optocoupler kharab hone par hi shuru hoga dost ❤️👍

Zener is installed on 5V line as a safety device, which will maintain the voltage at 5V in case of optocoupler failure. So as long as optocoupler is working properly, it will regulate the voltage itself and will not let it go above 5V. Till then zener will just rest. Zener will start working only when optocoupler failure happens friend ❤️👍

When you get more than the desired output voltage, then that fault belongs to the feedback section. And in feedback section, the most replaced component is optocoupler itself. So based on my experience, I changed it brother ❤️👍

Because opto coupler receive volt through tl431
By judgement possibly opto coupler is faulty
