Okay Scott, this is a bizarre story. I think the only thing you can do is call Coach corporate to speak to someone about this. I’m sure this particular store would not like to be contacted by home office to explain their behavior toward an influencer/customer. Will look forward to the unboxing and the test of the story.

It seems like when you turned down their offer to be an employee paid influencer, they began to see you as the enemy for you were no longer useful to them. Plus to make matters worse, since you weren’t ok with playing ball and realized their scheme was misleading to customers, you made your video revealing so. So perhaps to them it’s a double whammy. But I thank you and applaud you for your integrity. On social media so many people are will lie or dance around the truth just to influence you into buying something. People were bound to find out the truth sooner or later. Hang in there though, I’m sure it’s disappointing. But they were never your friends or true business networking friends.

I used to have a coach retail store a couple hours away, I would make the trip about 4ish times a year. Every time I walked in there I was the only customer, always a couple sa’s and they would barely speak, they were all stuck up! Well now the store is gone and I’m not suprised! I hope they’re all jobless 😂.. I never let that stop me from shopping. I think it’s hilarious when any sa’s look down on me, I’m the one spending and they’re the one working in retail, they can’t be bringing home much money! The older I got, the less I cared. I go shop and ignore them, get what I want and leave….. no f#@ks given😉 Don’t let them stop you from doing what you want. Just ignore them! Don’t forget your keeping Coach alive, and literally any SA can be replaced in a heartbeat..
If the manager told her employees to give you the cold shoulder they are going to give you the cold shoulder. They've got bills to pay! Ignore the negative vibes and keep doing your thing.
I love Coach but they really should’ve at least given an answer and an apology for this. The one bin store likes that I do hauls and mention their store on UA-cam and act like they are friends with me but lately some of their employees act like they are not towards me. I might have to wear my haunted necklace around at that bin store more cause the new owners of the antique store is scared of it and while keep their distance from me and mind their Ps and Qs now.

Hi Scott you should always be welcomed from any fashion house. That is unacceptable to get that cold shoulder. With that being said I think that video you did of the coach “influencers” might have rubbed few of the top heads the wrong way which is probably why the silent treatment you are getting past months. Stay strong and continue being true to yourself ❤
This is so not done. Not professional at all at Coach’s part. Such shitty behavior. They can just say sorry and then move on, instead of all the drama. I think they don’t want any influencer to be out of their “influence”, as I don’t see any other reason for blocking you outright.. and I have something else to say - If they thought of you as a “little” influencer they wouldn’t have minded at all but you are making ripples with your opinions and you are a proper legit influencer reviewing the bags for what they are! And that is the reason for so much drama. You should be proud that you have that upper hand, your opinions matter!

I hate going into the Coach retails because of the attitude of the staffs. I find that the staffs at the ouflef stores are more friendly.
