I have created my oem repository db as a container db with no pluggable db. Does this cause any impact in my OEM installation.
Also my db is on another host. Should I make any changes to make it inline.
U can keep database on other servers only thing u need to take care is that this database server should be accessible from oms server

In logs it says self extraction to /tmp/sfx_* failed.
I have provided all permission. I am using AIX 7.2 server and have appropriate packages. If you have clue on this please help.

Now could you please let me know if there are any ways to start installation which was stopped midway. Almost 60 percent was completed and wizard terminated at that point of time. I need your guidance to configure from where I left rather than starting it all over again.

I think if you have saved response file during installation then you can proceed but best way is to restart from start... Because even if you start from mid it can cause issues.

Nice presentation and workshop. Here DB and Cloud control are in same machine. Lets say, we have multiple databases(4-5 DBs) in different hosts. Some are 11g R2 RAC and some are 11g R2 standalone. Currently the enterprise manager also working in all databases. You know, the flash is not supported now a days. In this situation, I am thinking to prepare a separate machine for cloud contol only. Can I have separate machine installed this Cloud control 13.5 and monitor all databases at once? Does this Cloud Control 13.5 supports for 11g databases?
Thank you for your valuable feedback. Coming back to your questions. Yes we can create separate machine which will act like oms server and you can have multiple database mapped from cloud control 13.5

Yes on same server where your existing database is running, we can do the oms configuration.
Can we install OEM 13.4 on linux server where Database and weblogic both are installed and configured? Basically that is Test server we have but weblogic is already running on it? So we can install OEM 13.4 right?
Yes u can configure but sufficient space should be available
so, you have installed OEM on Container Db not on Pluggable DB ?
It is purely a single instance database without pluggable database

Yes it can be done with the help of plugins
Do we need to install the database separately ?
OMS Database can be on the same server as your oem configuration. No need to do separate Installation
At 31:40 , Do those data files will be automatically created in the location or do we need to create manuallly after installation.
I did same like how you mentioned on windows box but these data files were not created in the location.

I think your installation is incomplete u need to clean this failed installation and do a fresh Installation
Sir.. what about the licensing of OEM ?
OEM is free if you pay already all the databases licences in your plateforme but if you want to do the tunning part with it , then you need to pay also the tunning and diagnostic pack
