The little Spro hair jig under a fixed bobber and 10ft Wally Marshall rod has been working for me on Bull. They are mid way back in the creeks right now. They are sunning on the surface and feeding on those tiny minnows right on surface too. Been seeing plenty of em hitting surface. I've also been having alot fun with em with a BFS rig and a Duo Realis Spybait in a baitfish color when those big singles are on the surface. Last week I caught a few right at 15 inches...most are 12-13 though. The color on em is amazing rt now, tjat purple iridescence with red and yellow spotted tails...beautiful!
I've been using the viper x for two years and think they're best bang for your buck. If you wanted something a little higher end check out the Carbon X reel. Also I'd appreciate if you use code Flopping18 for 18% at piscifun.com that code helps out my channel.
Hey davis.jason from arkansas.i know ive asked you alot of questions in tbe past year.and you have answered every one of them.so tbank you very much.i have 1 last question about the 93 sv. How waterproof/resistance is it? Say im out fishing & its a light constant rain? Is it safe to use? Or even getting caught in a down pore? Thanks again.
@@FloppingCrappie wow.ok.i honestly figured they were not for use if rain occurs.that is good to know.here in arkansas we have been getting atleast 2-3 days of rain every week for the last month here.i panicked a few times & took it off & put it in a dry box as soon as it started raining.and yes i wandered about corrousion on tbe pins.maybe a dab of electrical safe grease around the conector rims wouldnt hurt then.ok thank you buddy.crappie almost spawnning here in my area.im about to get on them.and every single thing on this unit ive learned from ur videos.thanks alot again.tight lines!
thank you for sharing how you're using your fish finder and locating the fish that is very very useful there's some areas up here that I'm going to that are opening up and with what you're sharing is going to help a lot being able to find the crappie thank you very much and I'm glad you're down there fishing because that's a fun lake to fish
Great video! I have all my ACC crappie stixs set up with braid and a 12 to 14 inch leader using the FG knot. I run a 10Lb braid and 6lb Florcarbon/ Mono for my leader. What is your advice with fishing a slip bobber with my set up? I was thinking I would just making my leader line longer up to my reel. That way would not have any problems with the slip bobber. The order option is to make my leader line short giving me more room for the bobber. I'm open for suggestions! Thanks!

Super smooth Reel you will love it
I see your using the viper x reels. How durable are they? Looking for a good reel to cast/ pitch to brush piles that won’t crap out after a few trips

They are pretty durable in the rain. As long as the connection in the back of the unit doesn't get corroded, you shouldn't have any problems

What kind of pole is that for the livescope?
Great video!
What size bobber are you using?
Looks like a 7/8 or 1 inch.
I like how you are explaining how find them. Water temperature, imaging and topo maps. Keep up the good work. Helps new fishermen figure it out.
How do I join
Dude nice to see you so close to me I'm in Central mo
