Thank you for the raw vulnerability. I love this. I respect the diligence and hard work you put into the planning and practice even as you strive to practice humility and faith while loosening your grip on perfectionism. That Whom Have I arrangement is so fire. Wish I could’ve attended that show! I’m sure you and the homies did great
Cool desk speaker setup. Did u specificially buy that for its height in combo with the speakers or just coincidence? Also would you ever try an arrangement with ableton playing looping clips or is it more intuitive with your loop pedal board?
Thanks! I bought a custom desk where I could do all the stuff I wanted on it (music production, setting up an external monitor display, pull-out for my MIDI keyboard, storage space). I hadn't bought my speaker monitors at that point, and when I did they were a bit too high (my computer chair doesn't elevate anymore lol). Luckily these speakers can be set up upside down, so now the tweeters are perfectly at my ear level 😂 So part intentional, part coincidence haha As for Abletoon loops, I've actually done a live set with that before. Definitely doable, but I've made it complicated haha. For my purposes, I think I work best within limitations (3 tracks only on my looper), plus the looper is easier to bring for gigs compared to Ableton+interface+MIDI controller, more intuitive to trigger with my feet, and is actually packed with lots of features and fx already!
@DarlaBaltazar I've been into music production for 10+ years and had no idea you can use monitors upside down lol. I work mostly in headphones tho. ua-cam.com/video/vZDP547wnso/v-deo.html this seems appropriate lol. I feel you tho. I get trapped in the paradox of choice and perfectionism myself😆
May God continue to bless the work of your hands!
😌🧡
5:35 sounds like a song that would be In a anime movie
