How do I add runes to obstacles? I have figure out how to use/add the other types of runes (Items, Units & Spells). But not the obstacles lol.

You have to have the forge option available on your obstacles. Once you have that, just forge an obstacle 2 times and you'll unlock a rune slot

What does bleed do?

So Bleed is sorta like life drain, except the units and hero don't gain health. In other words, it's basically just little extra damage for the werewolf with a cool effect

I'm one rune away from making my Werewolf rune a level three. Once I get that rune I'll go ahead and apply it to the werewolf rather than wait for the other werewolf runes.

Yeah, I have a level 3 Wolf Rune rn. To be honest with you, the difference between level 1 and level 3 isn't that much. I suggest that you still equip a level 1 rune just in case you do eventually want to get up to level 6
