Outstanding work on that PVC tubing, and a very precise work with the cutter and sander, ANK. An alternative is using styrene sheets (more expensive than PVC, of course). I built even some hovercraft model using that kind of plastic, although I'm not so careful as you.

You have a great degree of skill - especially cutting, which I know can be a challenge.
I build a number of things with styrene (a lot easier to cut) but I have occasionally used PVC. I had no idea it was so easy to flatten!
What type of glue do you use?
I chose PVC pipe because it is easy to get and has strong strength.
The glue I use is super glue or G glue, I hope it's useful.

Say, ever thought about making some LZV trucks?
Just think how it would make certain Transformers, seem more logical, Optimus Prime, Nemesis Prime, Ultra Magnus, Motormaster (Stunticons), ect, ect.
Motormaster would actually be the most logical one, there, since you can then combine a truck/van mode with a trailer supermode.
So if those truck mode Transformers where all LZV's, what would you pick for their shapes & LZV combo's?
Or what about the Knight Rider truck & trailer setup?
We already know for ages, how a extra long bus looks like, 2/3th the length, a rubber flexible band.
But how would a touring car bus, thus extended, look like?

Heck, how would your ANK Creative K100 Aerodyne look like, if it was a LZV?
I've seen a camper that used a similar cabin for it's front (a Freightliner cap), looked really good, even if it was a one off, made by a Boeing Engineer.
HeavyDSparks (here on youtube), has a clip of looking & buying said camper, clip name "What I Bought On Facebook Marketplace Has Everyone SHOOK!"
