I recently purchased a Harris Spray and the same thing, no matter what I do, the sprayer fails. I contacted them today and Customer Service will send out a replacement sprayer. If this does the same, I will just go to my local hardware store and purchase a bottle sprayer. If the company is aware of these Sprayer issues, they should start to include a funnel and spray bottle with all kits. I too have used other products with sprayers and have not has this issue. For the Harris Spray, I would have to remove the cap, squeeze the trigger a number of times as I move the tube around, the fluid starts to move up the tube, I close the bottle and spray, only to have to repeat the process, because the fluid in the tube is out. Not a good use of time, and I want to avoid touching the tube inside the bottle, even if I have rubber gloves on.
What is going on something so simple they've made it difficult. The sprayer doesn't work, this is my first time using this brand. I mean I buy home defense all the time and there's never an issue with their product and similar nozzle setup
The spray head on this product does not work. The tube is attached properly and it still doesn't spray. Maybe I have to sit and pump for another hour? Basically, I have to go buy a spray bottle at Home Depot and transfer the chemical from this Harris bottle to that bottle in order to use this. Not impressed with the quality checks on this spray mechanism.
is the product effective though? it says it kills cockroaches for up to 12 months but im skeptical on that. can you give me a feedback on how it fared at your end?
@@heanlygaming5408 Unfortunately, there isn't a reliable way for me to answer that. I sprayed to combat a few scorpions that we saw in the house. I did see one scorpion after I sprayed using this product but this doesn't imply whether the product worked or not. Generally speaking, I doubt that any product will work for a year. If you read 'up to' a year, there is a reason for that wording. In case it helps ... I bought this product for indoor use (e.g. under kitchen and bathroom sinks) and a different product (MGK 10085 Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide) for outdoor use (around the perimeter of the house). I don't mean to sound paranoid but cockroaches are one thing ... scorpions are quite another. Good luck.

I agree I have a funnel that I have to go get and put it into a different bottle this is ridiculous
This is why we got it cheaper guys when we ordered it
Nothing i get from these people work if it's suppose to be able to spray why's the fuckin thing keep gettin stuck
