I just bought some of these and then found your video. Thanks so much for the demonstration. I've been a landscape contractor for over 45 years and my hands are finally starting to ache a bit when performing this task with traditional pruning shears and loppers. I'm looking forward to using these even if I have to buy a new set every year. My productivity should increase for sure.
Aha, so you've experienced them first hand. They are incredibly strong. Try the extension pole that it mounts on to. Keeps you from having to bend down or reach up or get on a ladder most times.
I saw one like this years ago but it was build much stronger and was used for pruning orchards. Thing was a beast. Edit, I found it there called Infaco there larger model have 55mm cut capacity. And while looking for them apparently felco also makes some now and they even have a pole pruner version. They say it can do 45mm of hardwood

I wish this came with a round extension handle like to 18 volt version. I like the 18 volt, but would like a little wider cut, like 40 mm instead of the 32mm.
On the plus side clean cuts as opposed to jagged cuts are much easier to re-attach at the hospital when you accidentally lop off a finger. I saw a set of these electric lopers that detect a current when your finger inadvertently gets into the blade area preventing the blades to close. Unfortunately I didn’t pay attention to the name.
The shears you saw were likely these same shears because they have been redesigned with that safety feature. And, oh, how that is needed. I am being very careful and I have already had many close calls.

I wish my manual pruners had a counter on them, pruning 500,000 grape trunks a year for the last 10 years with at least 5-6 cuts per trunk, they'd be at a few million at this point

Brand versus brand and prices please Chargers and batteries and hours on cordless Blades can be replaced with or without sharpening Using on different thicknesses and to cut fruit trees and green branches and dead branches on trees and shrubs Cutting roses and anything else in garden with different blades and interchangeable blades. I need it to be very versatile for branches-roses and other things in garden with cordless using the same tool. Buying in a package. Is it cheaper to buy it separately with the batteries and chargers. Thankyou and you are doing a great job with your work
That thing is very impressive. I wonder how well it'll do on larger dead branches, because they are much harder to cut up with loppers IME than live or freshly cut live branches. I have a lot of storm damage debris here throughout the year to cut up and these would be quite handy as long as they cut the dead, hard stuff just as well.
I really should have tested that idea. Although the blade design is not right for dead branches, I think it would have done well. If you ever see the anvil or straight type of blade on loppers, that is the type for dead wood. I'll be making another video with it so I'll try it out on dead branches.
For around 10 years I thought the only brand that made these were Pellenc, and then as years went by more companies started releasing their own at way more affordable prices, and from what I've seen in your video, these are more than worth their price and then some. (not to mention the add-on long reach extension you can buy)
Well, it comes with a spare set of blades. But they don't go dull quickly. I am still using the 1st set and I use it constantly. Btw, still working perfectly. You are gonna love them!
Could you cutt a golf ball in half and respond back if it cutts it clean and easy...I need to cutt alot of golf balls soon for my sons school art project and this just might be the ticket. thx.

BEWARE - - - - Some of these pruners are made from cheap ABS plastic that will deteriorate and become brittle quickly. Mine was trash in less than 12 months.
seems about $100 too expensive... id pay just under or at $200 but for $300 its kind of meh... you can get a battery powered chain saw with batteries for around $170
Beware!!!! I bought direct from China (£240) and in one day they developed an electrical sensor fault. Yes, they were very powerful, but intermittent in whether decided to cut or not. Highly frustrating. Can’t return to China, can’t return to UK outlet as non exist. Goodbye £240.
I couldn’t find any references to this in the manual. It would seem to tie in with my experience but it’s not helpful if it mistakes a branch for a finger and stops the blades closing! The other way? Yes! But not when it actually stops you working!

I just got these very Kebtek pruning shears and I absolutely love them. Quite amazing on live and dead branches alike. These sheers take no prisoners!

I just ordered these, have a ton of vines to cut. Does it say in the manual if they offer replacement blades or do you have to sharpen them yourself?

Yes. You can probably get that many cuts off just one battery actually. It has amazing battery life.
You didn't need to charge the battery. These things will cut 'forever' on a charge!

I noticed that the newer ones have a safety sensor. To prevent you from cutting your fingers off if they are touching. Did yours have this feature?
