Hello everyone ! I shared a very popular soup recipe; Yogurt soup with bulgur.. We can say that Yayla soup is made with bulgur. Good luck to anyone who will try.
Materials
Used water glass 200ml
used tea glass 125ml
1 tea glass of coarse bulgur (bulgur bulgur)
2 glasses of water
2 cups of yogurt
1 egg
1 tablespoon of flour (heaped)
5 cups of hot water
1 teaspoon salt
Over:
2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon mint
