OMG....I was just finishing up my front porch for fall and wanted to put a large sign. This is such a good idea . I may free hand the letters . Maybe say " ITS FALL Y'ALL ". Love all your shirts, my daughter calls You a COOL CHICKY !!! Blessings 😇
This came out so beautiful! It looks like getting the letters straight and where you want them was the most difficult part! What I usually do when I’m trying to get my letters straight is take a pencil and very lightly make a mark at the top of the letter so I can easily line it up again after I add the glue. Thanks so much for sharing another project! P.s love the Mickey Mouse T-shirt!!
Aww, thank you, I am glad you liked it!! I have done that before and it is a very good way to put the letters down, but the paint was so dark it would have been hard to see I think. Take care. :)
You can use the Mod Podge as a glue on the back of the leaves and then for protection....paint Mod Podge all over the whole thing. Just a tip. I have use it in decoupage in the past. The leaves will last a long time and not curl if they get wet or with humidity.

The gesso seals the surface of what you are painting. In this case I wanted to make sure the paint adhered to the MDF surface of the letters. You are so sweet!!! Take care and God bless. :)
