2006 Mitsubishi Evo 9 Idle Problem

It turned out that my going from a 70mm throttlebody to a 65mm many months before without a supporting tune had slowly fouled my spark plugs due to an overly rich mixture. I'm getting a tune now, will get the car back next week.

idle air controll valve . or vacume leak or possibly stuck egr valve.

Mines ideal really low with ac on
