Because when you understand what the issue is, only then can you fix it. This means, you need to learn how Google looks at canonical URLs and then you set (user-selectes (means user set)) canonical URLs. This issue then means, your website canonical settings are incorrect. To fix it developers.google.com/search/docs/crawling-indexing/consolidate-duplicate-urls

That I think is the point, unless a website owner can actually understand what *canonical URL is* then s/he can fix it. Or else, there is no point in creating a new video which I believe will confuse the subject matter even more.
