Would love more tutorials like this, giving drills to practice at home. Something I can just repeat and let my mind rest. Something that works well in small spaces. Something I can do when my mind and body is tired, as I can repeat the same small movements over and over. There are days when we need this! Before warming up for more flow. Thank you!!!
