The grip on the overhead press seems a bit too wide. I think it does not need to have a form change because the "standard" form already works the shoulders, there is a reason that it is included in shoulder workouts. If it comes with more tricep activation good, bump up the weight and keep the strict form.

Super usefull video! Would love to see the same concept but how to train inside for outside climbing and which on the wall and off the wall excersise go best with that aproach
