EYE-Q was pure quality.
It still is to this day good electronic music
I was at a small party in Candolim/Calungute Goa 94/95 and the DJ played EyeQ tracks. It blew my mind and still does. The production of these tunes is top notch. I still get the same warm feeling I got at sunrise the following morning. Such great memories.
Eye Q Records...respect. One of the best trance labels of all time,they knew the real essence of trance music.

FUN FACT.. I LOVED ALL THE TRACKS FROM THIS LABEL..I THINK I HAVE ALL OF THEM.. FYI SVEN VATHS LABEL. WAS YEARS AHEAD OF ITS TIME.. THE ORIGINAL ENERGY 52...MIKES BEFORE TRANCE ENERGY AND EDM... WAS A GREAT HONOUR AND PLEASURE TO MEET MR SVEN VATH.. IN THE ORBIT MORLEY. AS HE OWED THE TRANCE CLUB OMEN IN BERLIN GERMANY.. HE WAS TELLING ME THE STORY OF HOW HE LIVED SIX MONTHS IN GOA..AND THE OTHER 6 MONTHS DJING ETC... I SWEAR TO GOD.. SORRY CANT I AM A ROMAN CATHOLIC.. FUN THAT AS THE ROMANS PERSECUTED JESUS.. It was a legendary label and it was a legendary time. The best music ever produced in music history. Techno/Trance in the 90th!!! I will always live in these moments, with these moments and therefore listen to these tracks forever. They are my life, my children my oxygen!!!

Haha ... Nice selection from a great label, golden age in Trance music .
This old school trance is the absolute nuts! Had this mix on repeat for the past few weeks and can't get enough of it. Some really beautiful vibes here - melodic and uplifting without any of the cheesy melodrama that's typical of modern trance. The likes of Armin, Tiesto and PVD need to go back and listen to Eye-Q, Bonzai, Harthouse, Platypus etc. to get a reminder of how trance should sound.
That won't ever happen again mate. Just be lucky that Trance has been developed in a rather good way, Trance is still fine and alive.
