Syria 🇸🇾 had few such plants near major cities like Damascus, Homs, Aleppo and my local businesses partner took me to all such plants for meetings with Plant Officials and also to their HQ at Damascus with government of Syria officials ! It appears most of these plants have been damaged during war !

You need to contact a tour agent based in Syria, and they will arrange the tour to enter through Lebanon or Jordan. You have to reach there and take their car to travel to Damascus.
