I'm in Vietnam and bought this shower from Germany, when I installed the mixer it didn't work as expected, it only showed hot or cold water but not mixing as desired temperature. What should I do?
I installed the riser and arm into the valve assembly, but whenever I put the pressure above 50% for the rain shower head, the riser lifts out of the valve assembly and water gushes out. I already received a complete replacement from Grohe and the issue is the same. What do I do??? The way this is engineered, I can only use a Grohe system now or tear apart my bathroom.

In the manual they tell you to drill 2 holes for the valve. But in the video you just hang the whole thing on the 2 pipes. Is that enough?
