I have had a T12 L1 injury for 6 months, the pain I feel every second, every minute, every hour, every day, every month is:
1. Stiff hips
2. The outer right and left thighs as if sliced & stabbed
3. from the knees to the soles of the feet, tingling/numbness
4. still using a catheter
5. Assist the plug to defecate.
6. Legs & thighs cannot move yet.
7. Your back hurts if you sit in a wheelchair for too long
